SPOA members, non-members, business partners, and industry suppliers are advised to use the following documents for the 2021 academic school year, replacing the prior PSPA Guidelines. Your association has created two important documents:

  1. New 2021-2022 Guidelines & Standards Click Here

  2. Informative PDF flyer for distribution to schools and yearbook staff. Click Here

Many leaders in the yearbook industry and the school photography industry worked together to increase both important school traditions by developing these documents. As this year's changes reflect the overall importance of equity and unification for traditions, we understand there may be unattended consequences for these changes. We will continue this conversation and engagement and adjust as needed as we build the 2022-2023 guidelines and standards.
