THE SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHERS OF AMERICA TRADE ASSOCIATION IS COMMITTED TO THE FOLLOWING BYLAWS:

• Drive separation of power.
   

• Staff manages day to day, but all funds are managed by a 3rd party accountant and are reviewed by Board Treasurer and Finance Committee for all purchases and commitments.
   

• Executive Director reports to The Board of Directors.
   

• Membership is designed by The Board of Directors and voted on by The Executive Committee
   

• Voting Members are company members – 1 elected official per company therefore all companies have equal rights.
   

• Hold the board, all committees and members accountable.
   

• Place requirements on all members that hold positions – must be in the school photography and yearbook industry as an active company member.
